Asked about the revenue-sharing agreement between Canada and the U.S., Housing and Infrastructure Minister Gregor Robertson said construction of the bridge was a long-term investment and that “Canada will be paid back” in over 50 years. The Gordie Howe Bridge is due to open to traffic on Monday.
